We walk the property, or the scope sheet if you're a landscape company handing off part of a job, and confirm what 'done' looks like.
- 02Written pricing
A one-time price for cleanups. Recurring work is priced per visit or as a monthly contract with one invoice.
- 03Scheduled crew
The same crew returns each cycle and learns the property. Commercial clients get a set service day.
- 04Clean finish
Clippings, debris and green waste are hauled off. Photo reports on request for managed and government properties.
Questions we get asked
Do you work as a subcontractor for landscape companies?
Yes. We take overflow, cleanup and install labor from landscape companies and general contractors. We work under your name on your job and never solicit your customer.
Do you offer recurring grounds maintenance contracts?
Yes. HOAs, property managers, commercial owners and public agencies can set up weekly, biweekly or monthly grounds service on one invoice. We're registered for government grounds work under NIGP 98852.
Can you do a one-time yard cleanup before I list or move in?
Yes. Pre-listing and move-in cleanups are some of our most common one-time jobs: beds, shrubs, edges, debris and a pressure wash if the hardscape needs it.
Do you also handle trees?
Yes. Removals, trimming, stump grinding and storm cleanup are on our tree service page. It's the same company and the same point of contact, so trees and grounds can go on one estimate.
What area do you cover?
Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Round Rock and the greater Austin area. Recurring commercial and government contracts are available further out.
