Remodeling & General Construction in Leander, TX

Remodels go wrong in predictable ways: a scope that was never written down, a crew that changes halfway through, and a contractor you stop being able to reach. We work from a written scope, and you deal with one point of contact for the whole project — not a salesperson at the start and a voicemail box after.

How it works

  1. 01
    Scope meeting

We walk the space, talk through what you want, and identify anything that changes the price — structural, permitting, or trade work.

  2. 02
    Written scope and estimate

Line by line, so you know what is and isn't included. This is the document that prevents disputes later.

  3. 03
    Schedule

You get a sequence and a timeline before demo starts.

  4. 04
    Build

Owner on site. Licensed trade partners brought in where the work requires them.

  5. 05
    Punch and close

We walk the finished work with you and complete the punch list before final invoice.

Questions we get asked

Do you need a license to be a general contractor in Texas?

Texas does not require a statewide general contractor license for general construction and remodeling. We carry full commercial liability insurance, and any work requiring a licensed trade — plumbing, electrical, or HVAC — is performed by appropriately licensed professionals brought in for that scope.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

It depends heavily on scope and material lead times. A bathroom refresh is a different project from a full gut with layout changes. We give a written schedule with the estimate rather than a generic range.

Do you handle permits?

Where a permit is required, we coordinate it. Not every remodel needs one — cosmetic work generally doesn't, structural and layout changes generally do. We'll tell you which category your project falls in.

Can I live in the house during a remodel?

Usually yes for a single-room project, with the work area contained. Full interior renovations are harder to live through. We're straight with you about this before you commit.

Do you do commercial build-outs?

Yes. We do tenant finish-out and commercial renovation across the Austin metro, including work for government and institutional clients.
