Questions we get asked
What kinds of repairs do you handle?
General carpentry and finish work: drywall, doors, trim, flooring, mounting, caulking, fence and gate repair, and punch lists. We do not advertise or perform licensed plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work directly — that work is referred to or subcontracted through licensed trade professionals.
Do you have a minimum charge?
We price by the job rather than by the hour, and small jobs are more economical when grouped. If you have one small item, it's usually worth waiting until you have a few.
Do you work on rental properties?
Yes. We do repairs, turns, and maintenance for landlords and property managers throughout the Austin metro, and we work on a vendor-only basis — we never solicit our property management clients' owners.
Can you do a pre-listing repair list for a home sale?
Yes, and this is common for us. Sellers get an inspection or agent punch list and need it handled before photos. Send the list and we'll price the whole thing.
What areas do you serve?
Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and the greater Austin area.
