Questions we get asked
Do you offer recurring maintenance contracts?
Yes. Most of our commercial and multi-family work is on a recurring schedule — janitorial, grounds, and scheduled repairs — with a single monthly invoice rather than per-visit billing.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes, on a strict vendor-only basis. We never solicit our property management clients' owners, pursue management contracts, or compete with their business in any form.
Are you set up for government and institutional work?
Yes. Sanches Group is Texas HUB certified through the VetHUB program, SDVOSB, and SAM.gov registered, with B2G Vendor ID 21829543. We hold NIGP codes for janitorial (910-39), pressure washing (968-94), painting (910-54), flooring (910-25), window washing (910-81), and grounds maintenance (98852).
What is your service area?
The greater Austin metro, based in Leander and Williamson County. Government and large-scope commercial work is available statewide.
How fast can you handle unit turns?
Turn timelines depend on scope and unit count. We work to the schedule the property needs and price by the turn rather than hourly.
